1. Main functions and purposes

3.Workflow

 2) Compression: Start the hydraulic system, and the screw pusher applies high pressure to the metal scrap. Under the strong pressure, the metal scrap is compressed into a high-density cake.

3) Discharging: After compression is completed, the pusher stops temporarily, and the compressed metal block is discharged from the discharge port, while collecting the cutting fluid in the metal chips.

4) Reset: The cake press is reset and ready for the next compression operation. The control system ensures that the equipment returns to its initial state after each operation.
