1.Structure and working principle
This 400-type double-shaft shredder is a highly efficient shredding device, specially designed for the rough shredding of various waste wires and cables, automobile dismantling wires, and capillary wires. It uses two independent reducers to drive two shredding knife shafts respectively, and through the "scissor-like" shearing effect between the knife shafts, it can achieve strong shredding of the material. The double-shaft shredder has the advantages of low speed, high torque, and low noise. It is particularly suitable for processing and recycling waste wires and can efficiently complete the rough shredding of materials.
2. Workflow
Step 1: Material introduction
The material to be processed is fed into the equipment through the feed port of the shredder. Due to the wide variety and different sizes of recycled materials, the feed port and blade size of the shredder can be customized according to actual needs to ensure that it meets the processing requirements of different materials.
Step 2: Cutting and tearing process
