1. Main functions and purposes

The 600 type Wire recycling machine is mainly used for processing various types of waste wires and cables such as car wires, communication wires, miscellaneous wires, etc., suitable for wire with a diameter of 5-20mm. Through automated processes, copper and plastic are separated into finished products that can be directly sold. Its recovery rate is as high as 97% -99%, and there is no dust pollution throughout the entire process, which meets environmental protection requirements.

2. Structure and working principle

1) Structural composition: The equipment adopts an integrated and compact design, integrating the crushing device, sorting system airflow sorting, vibration sorting, conveyor belt, dust collector, and cooling device on the same operating platform, covering an area of about 8.4 square meters, which is convenient for transportation and installation.

3. Workflow:

1) Crushing: The high-strength cross blade shaft crushes the wire into 1-3mm particles;

2) Sorting: Using airflow and vibration screening to achieve separation based on the density difference between copper and plastic copper has a high density and is discharged from the copper outlet; plastic floats on the surface and is discharged from another outlet;

3).  Dust removal: Closed operation combined with bag dust removal system to reduce material loss and dust pollution.

1) Efficient sorting: The multi-layer high-precision sorting system combined with frequency conversion control can achieve a sorting rate of 97% -99%, and is equipped with an iron suction mechanism to further purify copper rice.
