Process flow of radial tire recycling steel wire separation rubber equipment

Radial tires are a type of tire structure and are also common in our daily lives. They are different from bias tires, arch tires, pressure-regulated tires, etc. The international code for radial tires is "R", commonly known as /wire tires/. Similarly, a large number of scrapped radial tires are generated every year. 

The recycling of these tires is usually divided into the following processes:

1. Wire drawing machine: pull the steel wire out of the tire bead so that the next process can directly shred the tire with a shredder.

2. Shredder: The shredder shreds the entire tire after wire drawing into 3-8 cm rubber blocks.

3. Wire separator: Process 100mm*100mm rubber blocks into 10-15mm rubber particles, and separate the steel wire and rubber at the same time.

4. Vibrating screen: sort rubber particles of different sizes, and send oversized particles back to the rubber powder machine for secondary crushing.

5. Magnetic separator: remove the remaining filaments.

6. Rubber granulator: The rubber produced by the wire separator can be crushed to 1 mm particles, and then finer particles can be obtained through particle screening and recovery. Due to the special design of the granulator, high-quality particles of consistent size can be produced, and 99% of the fibers are removed during the granulation process.

7. Fiber separator: remove foreign matter and fibers.

Through the above treatment, waste radial tires can be effectively recycled and reused, such as steel wire, granular rubber powder, fiber, etc., turning waste into treasure.
