Double axis shredder is a heavy-duty metal crushing and processing equipment. Due to the large workload and high electrical load of the equipment, it is necessary to regularly conduct comprehensive electrical equipment maintenance during daily use. It can not only ensure the safety of electrical equipment, but also guarantee production safety, production efficiency, and personnel safety.
The electrical appliances used in the double axis shredder include transformers, high-voltage switchgear, electrical control cabinets, distribution cabinets, circuit systems, motors, etc. These devices do not require regular maintenance like vulnerable parts, so they will be stored in the equipment. The specific electrical equipment includes the following aspects:
1、 Double axis shredder transformer:
1. Clean the external dust and other dirt once a year, and tighten the conductor connection bolts.
2. The double axis shredder has been shut down for more than 72 hours. Before putting it back into operation, an insulation test should be conducted, measured with a 2500V shake meter, with 2300mQ for the first to second grounding test, 210MQ for the second grounding test, and 25MQ for the iron core grounding test. If it cannot be reached, it should be kept dry.
3. Check the on load tap changer once a month, and inspect the machine switch terminals for any corona phenomenon when it is dark or nighttime. If that's the case, please wipe it clean with absorbent cotton yarn after the power outage.
2、 High voltage switchgear:
1. Regularly conduct daily inspections to check if the connecting bolts inside the cabinet are loose.
2. Clean the dust and dirt inside and outside the double axis shredder cabinet once a year, tighten the conductor connection bolts, fill the circuit breaker and other working mechanisms with lubricating oil, and conduct a high-voltage preventive test for maintenance once a year.
3、 Low voltage distribution cabinet, central signal screen:
1. Inspect and verify the accuracy and reliability of the ammeter and voltmeter of the double axis shredder annually. Monthly inspection of insulation components for damage and moisture. Is the connection of the protective grounding reliable.
2. Check the auxiliary circuit terminals and connectors for firmness and reliability every month. Monthly inspection to ensure normal operation and accurate signal indication. Check whether the battery of the DC screen is normal, check the liquid level, and measure the specific gravity if necessary
3. Monthly inspection of auxiliary circuit components, including instruments, relays, control switch buttons, protective fuses, etc., to ensure they are functioning properly. Clean the dust and dirt inside and outside the cabinet once a year, tighten the wire connection bolts, and check the aging condition of each lead.
4、 Double axis shredder motor and distribution box:
1. When the double axis shredder is running, check whether the motor is running normally, whether there is any abnormal noise, and whether the motor temperature is normal
2. Check if the instruments and indicator lights on the control cabinet are working properly, start the backup motor, and run it for about 5 minutes to check for any abnormalities.
The equipment of the double axis crusher has a high operating load. In addition to vulnerable parts and electrical equipment with a long service life, these components will undergo a certain degree of aging and oxidation under long-term operation, which will have a certain impact on production and safety hazards. Timely maintenance and upkeep of the electrical system are also essential.
