Lithium batteries are mainly composed of a shell, a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an electrolyte and a diaphragm. The positive electrode is composed of lithium cobalt oxide powder coated on both sides of an aluminum foil current collector, and a PVDE coating with an adhesive effect; the negative electrode structure is similar to the positive electrode, and is composed of carbon powder bonded to both sides of a copper foil current collector. At present, the research on the recycling of waste lithium batteries is mainly focused on the recycling of valuable positive precious metals cobalt and lithium. The copper in the negative electrode of waste lithium batteries (content is about 35%) is an important production raw material with wide application, and the carbon powder attached to it can be used as an additive for plastics and rubber. Therefore, the effective separation of the negative electrode components of waste lithium batteries has a driving effect on the limited recycling of waste lithium batteries and the elimination of their corresponding environmental impact.
First, the entire lithium battery is mechanically disassembled to separate the shell and diaphragm, and then the positive and negative electrode raw materials are crushed to less than 10mm by a coarse crusher, and then enter the particle crusher for stripping and crushing, and then enter the micro powder classifier for separation and treatment. The ash is collected by the downstream cyclone separator and pulse dust collector.
Or, dry crushing and recycling technology is used for the battery shell and the electrode active materials therein. After the battery components are separated, there is no need to consider the recycling and treatment of the by-products produced by the chemical process, and there is no need to worry about the adverse impact of the by-products on the environment, thus avoiding the secondary pollution of the environment during the whole process, and truly achieving green environmental protection. As for the price of lithium battery recycling equipment, it needs to be determined according to the configuration and output of the equipment. Generally, lithium battery recycling production lines are customized according to customer needs. Bosses from all walks of life are welcome to call for consultation.
